The updated class calendar for 2018 -2019 will be available in Cleckheaton Town Hall on Monday, 23 July 2018 and here on the website under Class Calendars.
- Guitar for Beginners is no longer being offered as a class.
- The Ukulele class on 2 October has had to be canceled – the first Ukulele class will be on 9 October 2018.
- Sadly from October 2018 there will no longer be a Walking Group.
New photographs taken in 2018 have been added to the Flower Arranging page.
Our Data Protection Statement has been added to the website – you will find it under the Heading ABOUT US.
It will also appear in the prospectus which will be published in August.
Following the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 19 June 2018, we now have some changes to our commitee.
The Chair for the last ten years, committee member for twenty three years and member for twenty seven years has retired from the committe but will continue be a member. From everyone in Cleckheaton U3A, we send many thanks and best wishes for the future.
We now have a new Chair.
There are also two new committee members.

More details have been added for the walk in May 2018.
Go to the walking group page, you can click on the latest details for May to September and even print out a copy if you so wish.
A copy will be on the notice board at Cleckheaton Town Hall in the week commencing 30 April 2018.
The April edition of the 3-fold flyer for the 2018 -2019 classes is now available in Cleckheaton Town Hall, by the notice boards, near the entrance and the Bar Lounge.
Visit the Class Calendars page on the website and you can see a copy which you can print out.
This edition is subject to change.
All participants will be required to sign an insurance disclaimer confirming fitness to participate and acceptance of sole responsibility for their own safety.
Participants are asked for a contact phone number in case of an emergency – this needs to be the phone number of someone else!
Participants are also asked to please add an In Case of Emergency Number under ICE on their mobile phones.
