Tai Chi Beginners will now be MONDAY – 15.00 to 16.00.

TAI CHI for Health – Improvers

Tai Chi Improvers will now be MONDAY – 13.45 to 14.45.

This elegant form of exercise improves muscle flexibility and joint strength making it ideal for those with arthritis. It also enhances balance and posture. Its slow and controlled movements, along with deep breathing, improve relaxation and relieve stress. Many studies have shown that it is also beneficial for those with diabetes, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia.

NB: Loose clothing and flat shoes are essential.
