Our Constitution was revised in June 2016. At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June 2019 it was agreed to add an extra sentence regarding the election of the Chair and Vice Chair to point 4.7(vi) in the constitution – namely –
Where there is more than one nomination for either post, election will be by secret ballot and by one-committee-member-one-vote.
