Interior Design – New Class

Tutor – Les Brook

This course will have a hands on approach with the class working together.

There will be talks about colour, style, texture, etc. and a brief history of design
from cave painting to IKEA.

We will touch on the Georgian style, Arts & Crafts, William Morris, Liberty’s, Art Nouveau, Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Art Decco of the 1920-1930 era.

It is hoped to organise a visit to Bolling Hall in Bradford where an assortment of styles is on
display.
