• There will be a Spring Flower arranging class in 2023.
• Rather than fortnightly the classes, with one exception, will be weekly.
• Classes will be on Tuesdays from 14: 00 to 16:00 with enrolment at the first class.
• Classes will be in the Hall.
• Class fee will be £5 (plus £10 if not already a member)

NOTE – there will NOT be a flower arranging class in the summer.

• Genealogy Workshop will start on Thursday,  5 January 2023.
•  This is a Week 1 Class, fortnightly for 5 sessions.
• Enrolment at the first class.
• The classes will be in the coffee lounge.
• The classes will be from 14:00 to 16:00.
• You need to bring your own laptop.
• This is NOT a beginners’ class

• Cleckheaton U3A is run by the members for the members.
• We are always looking for people to volunteer to be tutors or co-ordinators.
• Two classes that we need tutors for in 2023/2024 are Beginners Watercolours  & Line Dancing – Beginners or Improvers or both.
• Would you be willing to take either of these classes?

• This year we are able to run a Christmas Social!
• It is free but for Members only.
• It will be on Monday, 12 December 2022.
• It will be from 14:00 to 16:00.
• It will be in the Main Hall.
• Unfortunately we cannot use the stage at the moment.
• There will be light refreshments, quizzes and hopefully some entertainment – to be confirmed.
• There will be also be a raffle – please support this as the profits help towards running Cleckheaton U3A.
• Donations for the raffle prizes can be put in the green tub outside the main hall.

• Please note that the topic for Friday, 11 November 2022 has been changed.

• The 2022 Autumn Newsletter has just been published.
• Hard Copies will be available from Cleckheaton Town Hall after 10am on Monday, 31 October 2022.
• You can find them in the display racks near our notice board on the first floor.
